Hi Folks,

Some very late string changes for Thunderbird landed on aurora yesterday
to fix a regression in the font preferences dialog. We're really sorry
this happened only a week before the merge. Please check your dashboard
to make sure you have picked up the new strings, as the current aurora
will become the next ESR release and stay around for another 42 weeks.
Note also, this is a very visible part of the UI.

The strings are in the file:

mail/chrome/messenger/preferences/fonts.dtd

which is very similar to:

browser/chrome/browser/preferences/fonts.dtd

which has already been localized. It may be helpful to look at the
values for the strings there, so that Thunderbird and Firefox are in sync.

For technical details, see bug 1140720.

Many thanks, and please excuse the trouble! If you have any questions,
feel free to reply or send me an email.

Regards,
Philipp
