[firefox] Removing 30 Boxes from localized builds of Firefox in the coming weeks

Hi,
en-US is in the process of removing 30 Boxes as a webcal handler, since
it serves an obsolete certificate[1].
We need to do the same for other locales, and the work will be tracked
in this bug

I'll remove it from all locales, for both Firefox and Fennec, starting
as soon as the en-US bug is fixed.
