Localizing the MDC skin for Deki

Shortly we should have MDC and its skin in SVN, and at that point
we'll be asking people to localize the skin in order to be able to
properly launch the new MDC in each of our locales. I'll post
another, more detailed, note when the code is into SVN and ready for
you to work on.

Hi Eric,
Do you already know to which folder we should request an access in SVN?
According to Pascal, it could be either
http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/deki/ or
http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/developer.mozilla.org

No, I don't. We haven't finished setting up the repository yet. I'll
post a note when it's ready, with instructions, including information
on exactly how to go about doing localization.
