Accesskey change for private browsing

Hi,

just wanted to hint you guys at an accesskey change for Private Browsing
in the Tools menu. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=473722
is the corresponding bug.

We switched B over to P, so from 'Browsing' to 'Private'. When this menu
item was initially added, P was taken, so the choice was as good as it'd
get back then.

Please review your own choice, that's

and privateBrowsingCmnd.stop.accesskey.

Rationale for doing that now is that it's not breaking anything in l10n,
but I wanted to hint you at getting that improvement into your own
builds, too.
