Pootle: Feature Request

Hello,

Is it possible to add a feature for adding users to a group and setting
group's permission?

Scenario: We recently launched a Online Localization Sprint and we had 30+
new registrations. Although we added them to our language individually, it
would have been nice if we could add users to a group and give translation
permission to the group itself. This would have the following advantages:

a. Easier to track people regarding when they joined the localization team
b. Easier to Identify and Evaluate the quality of event.
c. Easier to Add Multiple People to a group..

Also, Can I ask someone to fetch localization data for specific user for
specific timeframe? I am under impression that this type of specific query
can be done from backend and not possible on the current frontend. I also
think it would be nice to have a query interface on the pootle frontend.

Right now it is possible to get some user submissions for a specific
month, for example
https://mozilla.locamotion.org/ne/firefox/translate/#filter=user-submissions&user=cipher&month=2016-09
These links are in the user's statistics
https://mozilla.locamotion.org/user/cipher/stats/ Sadly this is the
finer granularity possible. We would appreciate if you can also create
a ticker for improving this.

And yes, this data can probably be retrieved using the backend. What
do you mean with "localization data"?

features.

By 'localization data', I mean the data concerning number of translations
(string/word which has properties like date-translated and translated-by.
