places l10n files removed from the branch

Hi,

I just checked in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=342469,
removing the place localization files from the 1.8 branch, as they're
not used anyway.

If you had them localized, just cvs remove them, but only on the 1.8
branch, not on the trunk.
