marketplace categories

Hi everyone,

As you're probably aware, we still don't have an L10n interface for
categories on the Marketplace yet, so we've been using the AMO one for
the Marketplace categories as well (for example, for French:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/localizers/fr/categories/ -- substitute
your own locale for fr there).

This continues to work, however, I want to mention a caveat. Right now
there are carrier and country specific categories (they look like, for
example, DT+Germany, which stands for Deutsche Telekom in Germany).
Sinec those categories are specific for the operator, they shouldn't be
localized. The categories you should ignore (just leave them blank) for
now are:

> AM+Mexico
> DT+Germany
> DT+Hungary
> Movistar (there are several of these)
> Polecamy
> TEF+Mexico
> TEL+Hungary

These names may change as the operators give us more specific names to
use. Once we have collections support landed we'll turn these into
collections so categories will go back to normal, but in the mean time
please bear with us. Collections should be landed before the end of the
year.

PS - It appears that category L10n might not be getting pulled correctly
on the Marketplace since our last push. We're investigating and will
fix it up if that's the case.
