Updating Ukrainian Firefox on desktop

Hey Ukranian l10n team,

Hope you all are well. I'm writing to chat with you about your work on
Firefox desktop. I'm very interested in helping you to update your
localization of Firefox desktop in Ukranian. According to the dashboard
(https://l10n.mozilla.org/teams/uk <https://l10n.mozilla.org/teams/uk>),
the last signed-off version of
Ukranian was 19. Each version that moves through the release train
without being updated creates a declining user experience for the users
in the region.

My questions are:

1) Are you interested in keeping Firefox desktop up-to-date?
2) If so, what are some of the challenges you've been having that have
kept you from doing so since Firefox 19?
3) Have you considered a plan or goal for getting the Ukranian
localization up-to-date?
4) How can I help you with any of the above?
