I've added Huda to this mail as she's driving the current localisation.
Pootle will allow you to share the load, make suggestions and review
work. You can make translation suggestions now if you create a login.
Decisions on how your team collaborates is up to you and I suggest you
have that discussion early. You can test the Urdu language pack from here:

and Kashif get started with Urdu Localisation.
It is a good to create Urdu L10n Team page on the mozilla wiki. It would
help us keep track of new L10n teams.

working on completing user1 and config1. I will email you off-list about
glossaries and other resources that we have been using to help with the

are on Pootle they are available while translating on Pootle ensuring
consistency while you translate online. For offline translation we can
also host terminology on terminology.locamotiom.org where they will be
automatically retrieved by Virtaal for desktop translation. I can help
you upload off list.

inaccuracies as you are getting started, please file a bug under the
