Hi Huda,
Thanks Dwayne Bailey for the introduction. Huda, Please do help Adeel
and Kashif get started with Urdu Localisation.
It is a good to create Urdu L10n Team page on the mozilla wiki. It would
help us keep track of new L10n teams.
The complete of all L10n teams is here.
https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=L10n:Teams
Once you login into Mozilla wiki you can create a new page for your L10n
team using the following link.

Teams communicate via emails and mailing-lists. Huda Sarfraz can tell you more on how Urdu L10n team communicates at this moment.

You can post to Dev-L10n-new-locales when discussing topics related to new locales.
Please join the Dev-L10n-new-locales.

Glad to have you two on board. There are three people apart from me who help
with translation and testing, and we communicate via email. I will start
including you two in future emails. To start off, could you send me your
user names when you sign up at http://pootle.locamotion.org/ur/firefox/ so I
can give you appropriate access.

As I'm new to mailing lists.. Is this how we communicate? I mean with
emailing directly with l10n-d...@mozilla.org and
dev-l10n-n...@lists.mozilla.org as Cc?
Kind regards,
Adeel Ejaz

I'd prefer you to focus the communication on dev-l10n-new-locales, as
that's a list with a public archive.

Thank you for creating the Urdu L10n Team page.
Let me introduce Jeff Beatty, he is working on making Mozilla L10n documentation[1] better. Please give him feedback about documentation and feel free to post dev-l10n-new-locales list for questions and doubts anytime.
