there are three basic dialect of kurdish. these are :
kurmanji, sorani, zazaki

1-the code for kurmanji dialect of kurdish is ku (ISO-639-1, ISO-639-3, ku).
this is in latin alphabet

2-the code for sorani dialect of kurdish is ckb (ISO-639-1, ISO-639-3, ckb).
this is in arabic alphabet

3-the code for zazaki dialect of kurdish is za (ISO-639-1, ISO-639-3, za).
this is in latin alphabet like kurmanji
