Language instructions

Hello there all!
In the Projects: pbb, agr, aym, ixl, and quy I have administrative
permissions but I have the option to modify the instructions Language
project.
But in the case of projects: cka and tsz if there Language instructions but can
not be modified by administrators.

They could please help with this matter.

Hi all,

Mónica is mentoring these locales through the localization process. She was
with the admins of the tsz and cak projects at a hackathon in Oaxaca about
a week and a half ago.

Hi Leandro,
I was reviewing and I have permission to tsz and cak but I can not make
edits the instructions for this language

There are other projects that I have administration rights and no have
instructions
for this languages. For example: quy. How do we create them?
