Would love to do a L10N sprint in Mandalay after the week after Barcamp
Yangon 2012 in February. Can anyone help me organize such a event ?

Yes! that's great event and sorry I can't attend :)
Hopefully next time we will make big huge Mozilla event.

For making event is I was talking with MCPA and L10n.We need official group
which involve active core member.
That's why I made Google Doc form for calling people who interest and can
join at event.
Great news we got 15 core member and 8 people from Mandalay.
I will make official Yangon group meetup middle of December or Late
December.
ThanYalZin Min will you come and join with us when we make Yangon meetup?
