Sounds good to me. Usually there is a pre-barcamp party, Do you know details where it is planned this year. We could meet up and then head out for dinner.

That is great. It would good if other Firefox Khmer L10N contributors attend the talk.
It would be a good opportunity to connect and offer mentorship to those who would like
start contributing after the talk.
