Please add Khmer L10n team's contact details to the mozilla wiki

Hello all,
Let me first introduce myself, I reply to people who contact us to
offer help with localization via the contribute form we have on
mozilla.org.

The easiest and best way to get those people contributing fast and
reliable, is to get them in touch with the team which is already
working for their locale.

So, we have the https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams page where we can
find the contact information of every team and direct them to the
appropriate one.

As far as I can see, Khmer (km) is quite outdated and incomplete
there, so it would be
really helpful (both for me and for our new contributors) to add the
team's member's contact information there (including this list or any
other lists you are using there would also be nice).
