Implement Persian keyboards with extra features as installabe software

Hi all.I think we should be have a topic for make a Persian keyboard with extra features which may some persons want it and another one don't want it. For example, Mrs. Esfahbod wants Persian keyboard like HTC Keyboard on Android phones which can have multiple chars in every key, and now Firefox OS 2.5 can't accept new features.Also Persian keyboard isn't available for earlier versions of Firefox OS 2.5 Maybe another one wants extra features like Persian keyboard with Latin alphabets.
Yes all of extra features or features which can't be implement on native Firefox OS Persian keyboard can be publish as third party installable keyboards in Firefox Marketplace.
What's your opinion?How we can make an installable keyboard for Firefox OS 2.5 and earlier versions.Thanks.Amir.
