Send emails to mailing list only, not personal emails of Persons

Hi there.When I receive an email from friends, I see both of mailing list email address and subscribers email address in to or cc of that email.I think if you send your emails only to mailing list email address and non member of mailing list persons(If you want) is better.Please don't send one email to mailing list address and members of mailing list email addresses. I think to of every email should be mailing list email address and cc of it can be email address of a non member if you want.Mailing list email address: dev-l...@lists.mozilla.org  (Please add it to your email contacts).Thanks.
