Where are the language files gone

Hello,
I'm testing and using Firefox Win64 in German. Usually with every update
I download a xpi-file and changed the language to german via
about:config. I uses the link below, which seems to be down for some days.
Is there a new location where I can grab the language files?

You can use any other platform for the language pack, though, they're
not dependent on the platform.
