Hi,
there's a string change in apps/costcontrol/manifest.properties, which
is not notified by the dashboard. That's because the string extraction
and merging code doesn't support changing IDs for renamed apps.
The app "Cost Control" is now called "Usage". Please choose a localized
name that reflects that you can use and monitor how much data you use,
but that the app doesn't actually cut you off the wire once you hit your
limits. It just tells you that you did.
That's the reason for the renaming in en-US.
