Choose source map in IE Dev Channel F12

Thought it be worth mentioning a new source map feature in IE's F12 to this list.
The recently released IE Dev Channel included a change to F12 that allows developers to pick a source map from disk for any file without having to ship the sourceMappingURL comment or header. The feature is in the context menu of the document tab header as "Choose source map" more over at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn743687(v=vs.85).aspx#debugger_changes. At the moment the feature doesn't make use of any of the checksum/ID features that we've been discussing here.
