If a user has a problem or wants to suggest an improvement, there are no
direct ways to give feedback.

Possible solutions:
* A 'Problems?' link in the dialog
* Figure out most likely landing pages for users trying to resolve their
problem with "Persona" and add a feedback link or widget on those pages
* Some feedback collection system (Example https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/)

Have we already considered this?

I think we've worked hard to get developer insight and feedback, but are
missing the "end user" feedback loop.

If you have requirements, I encourage you to make sure SUMO and Developer
Engagement hear them. We are also thinking about what developer support for
Firefox OS looks like ...

Ozten – I have thought about this, but it's not at the top of my priorities
Thanks for the poke. This is an important issue.

The login.persona.org site is the most likely candidate for a link to
support and feedback platforms. Can you open up a bug for this? We can
easily add to the nav.

The Input product is our official spot for users to give us ideas. However,
it's usually not used that way. It's mostly as a proxy for desirability
(whether the user likes or not). My problem with it is that it's a total
black hole. Feedback goes in but the users never gets a response. Lastly,
it gets very little traffic compared to the forum. As you can see, I'm not
Input's biggest fan. It has its time and place, but other tools are more
appropriate for where our product is now...

My view from working on the SUMO team for a year is that you get my higher
volume and quality of info from looking at the forum. Users aren't shy to
tell you about both problems and ideas. We have an active forum that's
constantly getting better. SUMO does a ton of work in making sure they have
a very high response rate to questions.

Would you be willing to run point person to work with SUMO team to get
Persona added as a product category on the ask a question page?
