We are focusing on four things these next two weeks:

1. Standing up additional data centers in AWS (lead: jrgm - team includes gene, _6a68)
2. Supporting FirefoxOS (lead: stomlinson - team includes jepd, lloyd, others as needed)
3. Deploying Yahoo! identity bridging fix (lead: ozten - team includes UX and QA)
4. Working on Gmail! Identity Bridging (lead: sean - team includes lloyd and callahad)

These four are listed in priority order. If you're idle, check in with the four leads listed above to see if they need help. If they don't need help, do awesome things that improve persona.

Secondary goals:
1. KPI improvements (lead: kparlante - supported by callahad and stomlinson)
2. Mozilla IdP (lead: lloyd & benson)

Hi all,

Quick summary of progress on these goals over the last two weeks:

Great success! We've been 100% in AWS for the past ~10 days, and
everything looks solid.

Great success! Things appear to be ready to go from our end. Shane
landed native IdP ("primary") support for v1.0.1, and we backed out the
ToS/PP changes thanks to a workaround discovered by Shane.

Ongoing, great progress. Need to get a few things in place to mitigate
brute force attacks against the hotfix.

Ongoing, great progress. Happy path is happy and QA has vetted it, but
UX, monitoring, and security review need to happen. Ryan Feeley is going
to lead some user testing with ~30 people to attempt to suss out
unanticipated corner cases before we go live.

Ongoing, great progress. We're going to utilize the communication iframe
to export data and get a better sense of bounce rates. This currently
only works for the Observer API, but it's good progress.

Ongoing, great progress. This currently works in production if you use
{LDAP_name}@login.mozilla.org, but needs more testing and a
configuration issue needs to be resolved.
