MozStumbler crashes with Android 10 when uploading data

Hello,

I'm unsure whether I'm sending this to an active mailing list, but I'll try.

There's an active issue reported on GitHub, including by me, about
MozStumbler not being able to upload data. The app crashes instantly,
with no trace in the logs, when trying to upload locations manually or
automatically.

I haven't been able to reach anyone on the Geo IRC channel. Is anyone
aware of the problem ?
