CSV file - what are the field names?

I just downloaded the CSV file MLS-full-cell-export-2017-11-17T000000.csv. It has the following fields, please clarify if my understanding is right...
radio - 2G/3G/4G
mcc - mobile country code
net - mobile network code
area - what is/ this?
cell - Cell ID?
Unit - What is this?
Lon - longitude
Lat - Latitude
range - what is this?
samples - what is this?
changeable - what is this?
created - what is this?
updated - what is this?
averageSignal - what is this?
Please clarify urgently. Thanks a lot for your help!
