hi, i'm an ablsolutly newbie to extension development. so please be
considerate.

i want to play a list of mp3-files while browsing with firefox. the
list is a dynamic xml-file on a webserver. the xml-file provide the
path of the mp3 files and a path to an image that belongs to each mp3.

now i want to get it in an extension to play the songs one another and
display the images. there is no need to navigate in the list. it is to
give the impression of an online radio.

is it possible? how would you do that? what is the best practice to
achieve this?

I'm pleased to get a little hint for that.

cheers,
H.

Look into the Fire.fm add-on. It plays MP3 files from Last.fm, so it'd
fairly similar to what you need. The add-on is open source, so you can
copy it freely.
