[devtools-rfcs] Using absolute paths in require calls

There is a RFC open at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1596686 to propose a change in the DevTools codebase.

As the title says, this is about enforcing absolute paths in DevTools require calls.

This RFC already received positive feedback. Please comment on the bug if you have concerns about this change. We will discuss it during the next team meeting.
