Working on multiple email addresses functionality

Hello all,

In the process of amending the functionality of Mozillians.org to
establish it as the source of truth about Mozillians, we will be
working on a couple of features that will drive us towards that
direction. The first one will be the ability for Mozillians to have
multiple email addresses linked to their profile.

This will require development work on a couple of different things,
and we re-purposed an old multiple-email bug as a tracker for the new
take on it

Kanban board has been updated and we can start working on this. @Devs
please review the specs and the bugs and provide feedback on their
readiness to work on them
