Re-evaluation and updating indeed needs to be done on quarterly basis.
Consider those our Q4 arcs.

I would say that the Arcs themselves are of equal importance, and we
need to showcase progress within each of the arcs per quarter. That
said, within the arcs some items are more prioritized than others.

In a joined meeting among the stakeholders. I create the proposal for
the roadmap, you identify and create bugs and functional requirements
(as Product Manager) and we prioritize them togethter with BKing and
DBoswell. For Q4 we need to move fast. So if we are all Ok with the
high level story arcs, let move those to the wiki and tag all bugs we
have against those. Then we prioritize them and we know exactly what
we work on for Q4.

Let's focus on priorities identified and fixes for Q4 and then we can
discuss this more as we plan for 2015.
