Housekeeping meeting on September 4

Hi Comm Tools!

At today's meeting the team talked about the need to do housekeeping and
check in on what's happening with Community Tools. Instead of our usual
30 minute status meeting, I suggest that we talk about housekeeping and
upcoming initiatives for 60 minutes on Thursday September 4 [1].

Please add your ideas, comments and questions about housekeeping before
Thursday's meeting to this etherpad [2].

We will also discuss upcoming initiatives, and early next week I will
share some draft requirements for some of those initiatives that we can
chat about.
