Mozillians: transitioning QA activities to the developer team

Hi All,
As I mentioned previously, Teri is stepping down from the project as the
Community QA Lead. This signifies that QA related activities are now fully
the responsibility of the dev team. I recognize that this transition is
going to be difficult, please feel comfortable reaching out to me at
anytime with questions and concerns.
Nemo, Tasos, and I met in irc today and reviewed the effected areas. Here
is an etherpad with our meeting notes as well as discussion points.
