Hi Tom et al,

Is there a specific clangmingw toolchain to cross-compile Firefox 56.02 on Linux for Windows like there was for ESR 68 ?

If so could you post a link to the artifacts ?

I searched for the script build-clang-mingw.sh but don't see it in the 56 branch ?

thanks

56? That's quite a long time ago, I do not think it would be easy to gather all the requisite toolchains. We don't have them cached anymore.

That said; it *is* possible; but you would use a mingw-gcc toolchain instead of clang. I believe there are scripts to create that toolchain in tree.

Hi Tom,
Thanks, I took a look through the 56.0.2\taskcluster\scripts\misc directory and nothing jumped out as build script for mingw-gcc toolchain do you happen to know which script it is ?

thanks

It turns out that script wasn'ted added until 58: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/fa216426a67b833e30e5e3e7cc6dbfd2171ab69c

That toolchain might still work for 56 if you recreate it; but I'm not certain.
