Trying out bluetoothd

Hi!

Here has been some interest in trying out bluetoothd. Here's a short
list of steps to follow for the Flame.

(1) Update your trees to get the latest code. Some patches landed
recently and you might not have them yet.

(2) Apply the attached patch 'use_daemon.patch' to Gecko, to make use
of bluetoothd at runtime.

(3) If you want AVRCP, you need to apply the patches of bug 1095488 to
Gecko.

(4) Apply the attached diff 'device_t2m_flame.diff' under
'device/t2m/flame'. That will build bluetoothd and start it during boot.

(5) Rebuild for flame-kk

Once you flash, you should see bluetoothd running one the device and
when you switch on Bluetooth, you should see its logs in the logcat.

Strange. Does dev-bluetooth allow attachments?

It looks like mailman by default filter content type, now change the setting and allow attachments.
