GATT API Implementation Plan

Hi All,

We Bluetooth team recently had a discussion on GATT API implementation plan.
And would like to share our conclusion so far with all subscribers of
dev-bluetooth mail list.

Quick summary of our planed schedule,

12/29 ~ 3/27 GATT client API implementation
3/30 ~ 5/1 Discuss GATT server API in dev-webapi and internal brainstorming
of background service
5/4 ~ 6/26 GATT server API implementation

There are also some items that we aim to do before v3 but haven't covered
from the above schedule, will update later once we have detail plans on
them.
- Service Worker (background service)
- Test App for GATT client and server API
- Use bluetooth daemon and L porting
- Security Review
