We could add one of these devices to Treeherder.

The class in question, |BluetoothHfpManager|, is a minimal version of
the full RIL-based implementation. I think it was added to not clutter
the Bluetooth C++ code with too many #ifdefs that distinguish between
RIL and non-RIL builds. But maybe we should revise this decision.
