PSA: Don't update Inari with master

If you use Inari, hold off updating to master. I did and I now have a
whit screen. I was told it was a gaia bug with hwcomposer set even if
none is available on the hardware, but I haven't found either a bug #
nor a workaround.

You have been warned.

Also if somebody has a real workaround or bug #, please chime in.

I ran into this over the break and the workaround in the bug already
posted[1] worked for me, with the caveat that I had to swipe a bunch to
make the screen momentarily render. It seems that scrolling makes the
screen draw for a second or so. Once I managed to do that, everything
was ok.

I'm experimenting same issue with latest nightly update of b2g 1.3

The gecko patch in bug 950800 was just propagated to v1.3. It seems to accidentally enable HWC on Inari, which caused bug 952916. Are you seeing a blank white screen?

I believe that there are some gonk parts that aren't compiling quite right for some reason for 1.3 and 1.4 for inari.
Using a 1.2 OEM build and flashing gecko/gaia of 1.4 (instead of flashing using the .img files) is not showing the blank white screen for me.
