Errors in error console immediately after TB 78.0 starts up.

I installed TB 78.0 manually.

I am not sure what goes on, but starting it  takes a very long time.: 10
seconds or more?

After I start up, I notice there are seriously looking errors in the
error console.
I suspect there must have been some timeout processing caused by the errors.

Has anyone seen something similar in the error  console after they start
TB 78.0?

I am attaching the screen capture of the error console.

This is with 32-bit version of TB 78.0 under windows10 64-bit.
