thunderbird 3 settings window on netbook

Hi all,

On a Netbook, the settings window is too high so that the user cannot reach the
SMTP select box:

This is really a problem because that netbook is very mobile and some network providers
force to use their SMTP and we have to change it when getting to some locations.

Could this window be tabbed in order to reduce its height?
