TB3: Menu->View_> Sort and Threads grayed out

After installing TB3, under View, the items 'Sort' and 'Threads' are
grayed out, i.e. I can't change the sort for any folder. Anyone having
the same problem and knowing the solution to fix it ?

Interestingly, after bouncing TB, both items are not grayed out
anymore.
