(Thunderbird) Shredder 3 Alpha 3 build testing - repsin, build3

build3 of the release candidates is available, and build2 is now
OBSOLETE (announced via thunderbird-testers 2 days ago). If you have
not yet started testing, or if you are already using a localized build,
you will want to use the new build3, whose link is on the test results
wiki page. build3 respin picks up an important intl patch affecting
compose which is noted in the release notes. It also enables Vista
Integrated Search in the 64 bit version.

Note also litmus now requires a 10 or 14 digit buildid of the form
YYYYMMDDHH or YYYYMMDDHHMMSS. Two ways to get buildid:
1. copy it to clipboard using NTT after installing nightly tester tools
extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/6543
2. application.ini file in your program directory (mine, for windows,
has "20081006095651")

Because of the respin we will be adding some time to the testing period
- how much is yet to be determined. But we would still like to complete
