Tonights trunk nightly building with MSVC2010

Hey All,

We have overcome the hurdles we had preventing us from switching
compiler versions. As of tonights nightly (on trunk only for now) we
will be building SeaMonkey with MSVC2010.

This does mean that any binary extensions that do not statically link
the CRT may start to behave incorrectly/crash. But overall we should be
acting much better overall, and brings our (trunk) compiler back into
line with what Firefox and Thunderbird use.

Our current plan is to only switch to MSVC2010 on aurora as well this
week, and let beta continue building with MSVC8 since Thunderbird is
going that route, and differing in MS compilers would cause issues in
our two most popular addons which we share with Thunderbird; namely
Lightning and Enigmail.

A big Thank You to ewong in both helping to drive this bug, and helping
out in other ways to free me up for my end of this bug.
