Mac Theme Refresh for 3.7 and 4.0

This work is focused on the visual design of the UI changes already
proposed[1]. The most notable difference is that hiding of the menubar
portion doesn't apply to OS X.

Feedback that would be most helpful is constructive criticism specific
to visual treatment. For example that button is too glossy, or that
bit isn’t native enough, or maybe this color would work better, etc.
Or any other kind of appearance feedback and ideas. Since this a very
visual topic if you feel like a mockup would be better at conveying
your ideas that would be great!

I will be monitoring both here and the Wiki Talk page for feedback/
discussion.

The last topic on proposed Theme/UI changes had some really amazing
feedback. Thank you!
