start-up firefox extra window snafu for windows xp

every time i start-up, i get a tab that says, " congratulations!
you've been updated to firefox 3.0.3." how do i make this annoying
extra tab go away? a direct e-mail would be appreciated, as i do not
check the message board often ( it's not exactly user friendly... )
