after last night's update loaded, there was a pop-up indicating that
something in the update was incompatible with an HP printer file. now
my printer, an HP 8500pro, is not printing properly. any ideas?

What does not properly mean? Can you see it in the selection of printers
when trying to print a page? Is only Firefox affected or do other
applications show the same problems?
