If I could go to product support I would. But I a continually blocked out. Every time I try to go deeper into the site a timed out announcement pops up. Day after Day. i have downloaded the new browser and tried to install it without any luck. I have cleaned up the computer and run a virus check.

Could you either share the exact text of the timeout error, or upload a
screenshot of it somewhere and link it to us?

What happens when you try to install the new browser, and which one are you
trying to install, the developer version?
