Help with Mozilla Community Sign up

Hi,



I wanted to join the Mozilla Community Support page here:



https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new



and I clicked on the "Sign in" button at the top of the page. You can then
sign in, but there is no way to "join" or "register" to the group!



My question was I was able to setup the "sync" option between Firefox on my
Windows 7 PC and my new Samsung Tab S 10.5 tablet. It says sync was
successful but when I go into Firefox for Android on the tablet, there are
no bookmarks there.



Help please ?

Sorry, I can't help you with your problem but it has given me an insight.

Apparently we can't register with the Mozilla group.

Hey Alan,

I'm not sure you can join or register with the group, but there's no
need to ask a question.

Based on what you've said,
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mobile/sync should take
you to a page which might have a solution to your problem, and if it
doesn't, it'll allow you to post a question in the help forum.
