Hey folks,

If you’re interested in using your tech skills to get involved in the
(probably) upcoming election, we’ve made the *Election Tech Handbook
<https://electiontechhandbook.uk/>*, a crowdsourced project to bring
together all the useful tools, data and resources you’ll need.

Some current highlights:

• *Democracy Club* has made an election timetable generator
<https://election-timetable.democracyclub.org.uk/>: put in your expected
election date and it gives you all the other critical dates (voter
registration deadline, candidate announcement, etc).

• *WhoTargetsMe* is tracking who is spending what on political facebook ads
each day; follow via their twitter feed <https://twitter.com/WhoTargetsMe> and
help out by installing their browser extension <https://whotargets.me/>.

• *Jon Worth*’s amazing Brexit Flowcharts
<http://jonworth.eu/brexit-what-next> help cut through all the
constitutional complexity.

Do please take a look and add anything that might be useful to people, even
if it’s your own commercial product, or something you didn’t make that you
think is noteworthy: https://electiontechhandbook.uk

Also, if you happen to be London based, we’re hosting a meetup tomorrow
night at Newspeak House on everything to do with technology and elections.
It’ll be some short lightning talks, followed by networking:
