The website only mentions the Vancouver event, but this looks right up our
alley. Since the site isn't up yet, does that mean there is still room for
speakers? It would be great to have someone from Mozilla speak about web
development.

Hi Kensie!

Yes, there's still room for speakers, provided we pay for a sponsorship. Their 2014 edition info isn't up yet, but I understand this event has a strong reputation.

CCing Angelina Fabbro as she is dilute with the event.

I think Lawrence Mandel would be a good start, (ccing him and dropping the
office lists)

I think this conference looks to be a good opportunity to highlight best practices for building mobile sites that will function on the broadest array of devices and browsers. I'm thinking of an expanded version of a talk that I gave earlier last year about building for mobile Web compatibility. ( http://lmandel.github.io/buildmobileweb/ ). I have cced a few other Web compat folks to alert them of this event.

I am interested in more details about the event including the expected audience, other speakers, and cost (for sponsorship).

Hi friends!

Is anyone planning on or interested in speaking, running a workshop, or attending the Interlink Conference in Toronto June 18-20? More info on their website [1]. The organizers have reached out to Developer Engagement for a sponsorship, and it would be helpful to hear any past experiences with/impressions of this event.

Thanks!
Robyn
