Community Survey + Yearbook

Hi everyone

Since the end of the year is coming up pretty fast, we're trying to gather
community health data and amazing initiatives that went on in 2015 for the
different communities.

Therefore I ask you to take 7 minutes, to complete one or both of the
following task, every contribution counts :)

1) [5 min max] Community Survey: http://bit.ly/1NBXycT (please indicate
"Switzerland" or "MozillaCH" as community, so we can filter for it). The
demographic information at the end doesn't need to be filled out if you
don't want to.

2) [2 min] Community Yearbook: I started a slide on the community yearbook
for the MozillaCH community here:

. It would be great if you could take 2 minutes to help complete this, so
we can show off what we achieved in 2015 :)

I know that this is pretty ambitious, but I'd like to have this done by
December 28th, do you think you can help me out here?
