Mozilla Reps Regional Coaches Initiative

Buna ziua Mozillians,
I'm Giannis Konstantinidis and for the last three years I have been a Mozilla Rep based in Greece.

I was recently appointed as a Mozilla Reps Regional Coach for Region 4, which includes Romania. You can find out more about the program below:

We are going to be working together in order to further advance the Mozilla mission across our region. So excited about this! :)

For now, I would like to ask you a few questions. This will help us get a better understanding of how things are going in your community.
- What is the current status of your community? Are there any issues?
- How many active contributors are currently part of your community?
- Which communications channels does your community make use of (e.g. mailing list, Telegram)?
- Where do you see your community in one (1) year from now? Is there anything blocking you to get there?
