Hi,

I searched everywhere on the Mozilla websites to find a simple contact email
address to ask a question about the problem I have to access the admin part
of a Wordpress website that I have created.

Then I saw this email address and I thought I'll give it a go, hoping that
you could help me, or put me on the right track.

I was following up some recommendations for SEO for my website. This was one
of the things they talked about:

Good canonicalization is about demonstrating to Google what version of a
page you think they should prioritize in their index. Their algorithms will
then take that suggestion into account when assessing your site's pages.

The first thing you need to do is make a decision as to whether your site
should primarily be accessed via "http://", or "http://www". You do this by
setting the WordPress Address in General Settings:

So I changed my URL in WordPress General Settings from
'http:/www.sunnysidereflexologynapier.co.nz' to
'http:/sunnysidereflexologynapier.co.nz.

After that I clicked on 'update'. Then the page flicked to the Wordpress
login page with username and password. I typed in my username and password,
but it didn't except it. All it does is the password box goes blank.

When I use Internet Explorer as a browser I can get access, but it is very
unstable, full of pop up ads and warnings about internet safety. So it would
be nice if could get access again through Mozilla Firefox

.

Could you help me please?

Thanks

This is what you're looking for, to ask a support question:

Though, your issue sounds more like a Wordpress issue to me, so it may
be worth instead asking on the Wordpress support forums:
