As you might know, mozilla rolled out new changes to the vouching system on
mozillians.org. This is going to affect all the mozillians profile. So you
might need a vouch to continue your profile. It won't apply to those who
attended (or were invited but couldn't attend :P) the 2013 mozilla summit.
